Returns, warranty and refunds
We do not sell through this website, so there is no online shop and no payment on this site. Returns, warranty claims and refunds for goods we supply are governed by the documents above: see section 5 “Return of Goods and Warranty” of the Conditions of Sale and the section “Warranties and Liabilities” of the General Conditions of Sales and Trading.
Export control
Our goods may be subject to EU, German and U.S. export controls and sanctions. Please read our Red Flag Indicators, referred to in section 9 of the Conditions of Sale.
